abhyāsātiśayastathā na vihitastādṛk śrutaṁ nārjjitaṁ|
tanme cāpalamarthaleśamadhunānirmmātumīhe yadi|
etat sarvvamavekṣyayannigaditaṁ tatpaṇḍitairdṛśyatām|
prīṇantyeva vi + + + + hi śiśoḥ prāyaḥ pitṛṇāṁ manaḥ||
yo virudvadharmmādhyāsavān nāsāvekaḥ| yathā ghaṭādirarthaḥ| virudvadharmmādhyāsavāṁśca sthūlonīlādirartha iti vyāpakavirudvopalabdhiḥ| iha dṛśyamānasthūlonīlādirartho dharmmī, sa cānubhavāvasito'sati bādhake pratyakṣasidvo hetorāśrayāsidviṁ nihanti| nanu bhavadbhirasannevāvayavī pratijñāyate sa kathaṁ pratyakṣasidvaḥ| nāvayavinamiha dharmmiṇaṁ pratipannāḥ smaḥ kintu pratibhāsamānasthūla nīlādikamartham| na tarhi virudvadharmmasaṁsargādavayavina ekatvaṁ niṣidvaṁ syāt| yadyevaṁ kastarhi bhavato'vayavī| eko'nekāvayavasamavetārtha iti cet| sa kiṁ pratibhāsamānāt sthūlanīlāderanyo'nanyo vā| na tāvaṁdanyaḥ, dṛśyatvenābhyupagamāt| na ca pratibhāsamānasthūlanīlārthavyatirekeṇāparaḥ pratibhāti| ananyaścet| tasyaikatvapratikṣepe kathamapratiṣidvamekatvamavayavinaḥ|
nanu ca pratibhāsamānaścedarthonāvayavirūpodharmmī| kintarhi rūpamasyāvaśiṣṭaprasidvaṁ bhaviṣyatīti| ucyate, pratibhāsamānaḥ sthūlonīlākāraḥ pratyakṣasidvaṁ rūpaṁ, avayavitvānabhyupagame'pyavaśiṣyate| na caivaṁ mantavyaṁ| na paramāṇusañcayavādināṁ sthūlākāraḥ kaścidartho'sti yaḥ prasidvo dharmmī syāditi| avayavyanabhyupagame'pi hi niravayavānekātmakaḥ sthūlo'rthobhyupagamyamānaḥ kena niṣidvaḥ| syānmataṁ niravayavāḥ paramāṇavaḥ kathaṁ pratyakṣe sthūlenā kāreṇāvabhāseran, sthūlasūkṣmayorvirodhāditi| tadapi na yuktaṁ| paramāṇava eva hi pararūpadeśaparihāreṇotpannāḥ parasparasahitā avabhāsamānā deśavitānavanto bhāsante| vitatadeśatvañca sthūlatvaṁ, yattuktaṁ sthūlasūkṣmayorvirodha iti tat kiṁ pararūpadeśaparihāravatī niravayavānāmutpattiḥ| parasparasahitānāmekavijñānāvabhāsitvaṁ vā virudvamiti vaktumadhyavasitaṁ| idañcedvirudvaṁ sthūlākāraḥ kiṁ virudvaḥ| ataeva niravayaveṣu bahuṣvekasmin vijñāne pratibhāsa māneṣu bhavan pratibhāsakālabhāvī pratibhāsadharmmaḥ sthūlākāro na tu vāstavaḥ pratyekamabhāvāt| pratibhāsāt prāgūrdvaṁ vā na tarhi sthūlo'rtha iti cet| na tadāpi pratibhāsayogyatāsambhavāt yadaiva hi sañcitā bhaveyustadaiva pratibhāsayogyāḥ paramāṇavaḥ| yadā ca pratibhāsayogyā stadā sthūlāḥ| yastvāha niravayaveṣu bahuṣu pratibhāsamāneṣvavaśyamantareṇāpi pratibhāsitavyaṁ| antarānavabhāse parasparaviviktā eva nāvabhāsitāḥ syuḥ| viviktānavabhāse cāṇumātrakaṁ piṇḍo bhavet| na cāntaramavabhāsamānamutpaśyāmaḥ| tadayaṁ nirantara eka eva sthalo niravayavānekātmako bhavitumarhati, api tvekaḥ sthūlātmaka eveti| so'pyevaṁ vācyaḥ| kiṁ vijātīyaparamāṇvantaramantaraṁ| āhosvit śūnyākāśayogaḥ| tatra śūnyākāśayogastāvadavastutayā nendriyapratyakṣagocaraḥ| arthasāmarthyabhāvini tātrārthasyaiva pratibhāsopapatteḥ| vijātīyantvindriyāntaragrāhyaṁ kathamindriyāntarajñāne'vabhāsetāviṣayatvāt| tat kenāntareṇāvabhāsitavyamiti na vidmaḥ| yat punarucyate| antarālānavabhāse viviktā nāvabhāseranniti|
tatrāpi kimeṣāmantaraṁ vivekaḥ pararūpaśūnyatā veti cintyaṁ| nirūpayantastu pararūpaśūnyatāmeva vivekaṁ vastūnāṁ paśyāmaḥ| pararūpaśūnyāśceme bhāsamānāḥ kathaṁ viviktā nāvabhāseranniti| nanu ca na pratyekaṁ paramāṇūnāṁ sthūlākāraḥ| tataḥ samuditānāmeṣṭavyaḥ| yathā ca nīlaparamāṇūnāṁ pratyekamasambhavan pītākāro bahuṣvapi na dṛśyate| tathā pratyekamasambhavan sthūlākāraḥ kathaṁ bahuṣu syāditi|
uktamatra| avirudvo niravayavāṇāṁ sthūlākāra iti| nīlavirudvastu pītākāraḥ| tataḥ pītavirudvaṁ nīlākāraṁ vibhrāṇeṣu bahuṣvapi kathaṁ pītākāro bhavet| naivaṁ niravayavatvavirudvaḥ sthūlākāraḥ yathoktānyāyāt| tadevaṁ pratyakṣasidvaḥ sthūlo'rtha iha dharmmīti vyavasthitaṁ| tadevamavasthite dharmmiṇi hetoḥ sattvamasattvaṁ vā nirūpyaṁ| tatra pāṇyādāvekasmin kampamāne sthūlo'rthaḥ sakampaniḥkampe rūpe yugapat pratipadyamānaḥ kathaṁ virudvadharmmasaṁsargavānna syāt| sakampaniḥkampayorhi rūpayoḥ parasparābhāvāvyabhicāranimittako'sti virodhaḥ| bhāvābhāvayoreva hi parasparaparihārātmako virodhaḥ| vastunostu tadabhāvāvyabhicāreṇaiva| iha ca sakampaniḥkampe rūpe gṛhṇat pratyakṣameva sāmarthyāt parasparābhāvaṁ sādhayati| vyavahārayati tu nirvviśeṣaṇaivānupalabdhiḥ| syādetat pāṇyādāvekasminnavayave kampamāne nāvayavinaḥ kampa rūpamabhyupeyaṁ| avayava eva hi tadā kriyāvān dṛśyate| na cedaṁ mantavyaṁ| avayave kriyāvati tadādheyenāvayavināpi kriyāvatā bhavitavyaṁ, yathā rathe calati tadā rūḍho'pi calatīti| avayavāvayavikarmmaṇorbhinnanimittatvāt| nimittāyaugapadyācca| yadā hi ātmanaḥ pāṇikampanecchā bhavati| tataḥ prayatnaḥ| tadā prayatnavadātmapāṇisaṁyogāt pāṇau kriyā| yadā tu śarīrakampanārthaḥ prayatnaviśeṣa ātmano jāyate| tadā tatprayatnavadātmaśarīrasaṁyogāt śarīre karmmeti nimittabhedaḥ| ato bhinnamiti tayorekasmin jāte kathaṁ nimittāntarapratibadvajanmā tadabhāve tadaparo'pi tathaiva jāyeta| ratha tadārūḍhakarmmaṇostu satyapi nimittabhede nimittayaugapadyāt sahabhāvaḥ| tathā hi nodanaṁ rathakarmmaṇo'samavāyikāraṇaṁ| tadārūḍhakarmmaṇastu nodyasaṁyogaḥ| tayośca sahabhāvāt karmmaṇī api yaugapadyena jāyete| tadetat sakalamālocya bhadantadharmmottareṇedamuktam| na cātrā vayavaḥ kriyāvān| avayaveṣu hi kriyāvatsu vibhāgo jāyate| kriyāyā vibhāgārambhaṁ prati nirapekṣakāraṇatvāt| tena ca saṁyoge'samavāyikāraṇe nivarttate nivarttetāvayavi dravyamiti| idamāhuratra kaṇādaśiṣyāḥ| nodanādabhighātādvā jāyamānaḥ kriyāviśeṣo dravyārambhakasaṁyogapratidvandvivibhāgārambhako dṛṣṭaḥ| anyattu vibhāgamātramārabhate na tu yathoktaviśeṣaṁ| anyasmin padmasaṅkocavikāśādike karmmaṇyavayavasaṁyoganivṛtteradarśanāt| tadvat prayatnajanyasyāpi karmmaṇo nāsti saṁyoganivarttanasāmarthyaṁ| tato nāsti dravyanivṛttiriti| ayamatra samādhiḥ| ihāvayavini kriyāvati niyamenāvayavairapi kriyāvadbhirbhavitavyaṁ| anyathāvayavasaṁsṛṣṭebhya ākāśadeśebhyo vibhāgo'vayavāsaṁsṛṣṭeśca saṁyogovayavinaḥ kriyāvataḥ syāt| avayavāstu kriyāvirahiṇaḥ pūrvvakrāntebhyo nabhodeśebhyo nāpasaryyeyuḥ| avayavisamākrāntaiśca deśairnābhisambadhyeran| na cāvayavisaṁyogavibhāgābhyāmavayavasaṁyogavibhāgau vācyau| kāryyasaṁyogavibhāgayoḥ kāraṇasaṁyogavibhāgau prati nimittabhāvānabhyupagamāt| kāraṇasaṁyogavibhāgāveva hi kāryyasaṁyogavibhāgāvārabhete|
na ca viparyyayaḥ sidvāntahāniprasaṅgāt| tenāvayavāvayavināṁ pṛthagdeśatvādādhāryyādhārabhāvahānau samavāyo'pi na vyavatiṣṭheta| tasmādavayavini kriyāvati avayavāḥ kriyāvanta ityakāmakairapi vaiśeṣikairidamabhyupeyaṁ| yathā cāvayavikriyāyāmavayavāḥ kriyāvanta stathāvayaveṣvapi kriyāvatsu tadavayavaiḥ kriyāvadbhirbhāvyamiti| anayā diśā dvyaṇuke kriyāvati tadārambhakau paramāṇūkriyāvantau mantavyau|
ataścalāvayavasambandhinaścalāḥ paramāṇavaḥ| niḥkriyāvayavasambandhinastu niḥkriyā| paramāṇukriyāyāṁ tadārabdhamapi bdyaṇukadravyaṁ kriyāvat prasajyeta| sarvvāvayavakriyāyāḥ kāryyakriyā'vinābhūtatvāt| ekasya paramāṇoḥ kriyā na parasyeti cet| sakriyaniḥkriyau tarhi paramāṇū parasparaṁ vibhajyamānāvujjhitadravyārambhakasaṁyogau syātāṁ| tataśca dravyanāśaḥ| evañca bdyaṇukadravyasya kriyāvattve tryaṇuke'pi kriyā syādityanena krameṇa paridṛśyamāno'calaścalaḥ syādavayavaḥ| tasmānniḥkriyāvayavasambandhino niḥkriyāḥ paramāṇavaścalāvayavasambandhibhyaścalebhyo vibhajyamānā dravyārambhakasaṁyogavināśavantaḥ syuḥ| niravayavo hi paramāṇuryamaṇumātranabhodeśamākramya paramāṇvantareṇa saṁyujyate| tato vibhajyamānaḥ kathamanujjhitaparamāṇvantarapratyāsattikaḥ syāt| sāvayavo hi bhāva ekenāvayavena vastvantarasaṁyukta evāvayavāntarai ścalaiḥ| pūrvvākrāntānnabhodeśān virahayya deśāntaramākrāmet| niravayaveṣu tvatyantamastamiteyaṁ katheti yuktaṁ drabyanāśaprasaṅgamutpaśyāmaḥ|
athavānyathāyaṁ virudvadharmmasaṁsargaḥ| tathāhyāvṛte ekasmin pāṇyādau sthūlasyārthasyāvṛtānāvṛte rūpe yugapadbhavantī virudvadharmmadvayasaṁyogamasyāvedayataḥ| na cānāvṛtaikarūpa evāyamiti śakyaṁ vaktuṁ| ardvāvaraṇe'pi anāvṛtasya pūrvvavaddarśanaprasaṅgāt| avayavadarśanāyattopalabdheḥ| taddṛṣṭau asyā dṛṣṭiriti cet| adṛṣṭireva tarhi asyāstu| na tu dṛṣṭayadṛṣṭī| nanvastyevāvayavidarśanamavayavāvaraṇe'pīti ko'yaṁ prasaṅgaḥ| evantarhi sthūlaḥ prāgvadupalabhyeta| idamatrāha kaścit| bhūyo'vayavendriyasannikarṣasahāyo'vayavīndriyasannikarṣaḥ sthūlopalabdhenimittaṁ, na cārdvāvaraṇe bhūyasāmavayavānāmastīndriyasannikarṣaḥ tato na sthūlagrahaṇamiti| so'pyevaṁ praṣṭavyaḥ| kiṁ sthūlo nāmāvayavino'nyaḥ| sa evānekavyāpī sthūlaḥ| tatra yadyavayavyeva sthūlaḥ| tadā tadgrahaṇe kathanna sthūlagrahaṇamiti cintyam|
atha sthūlatvākhyaḥ parimāṇaviśeṣo guṇaḥ sa drabyādanya eveti cet| evantarhi parimāṇarahitameva tat dravyamupa labhyate| na tvasyānyenānyena parimāṇena yogaḥ| na cāsyānekaparimāṇakalpanāpi sādhvī| yugapat sarvveṣāmanupalabdheḥ| na ca dṛśyasya darśananivṛttiryuktā| avayavasyaiva tat parimāṇamupalabhyata iti cet| yadyevaṁ sa eva tarhyavayavaḥ svena parimāṇena sambadvaḥ pratyakṣostvāvaraṇakālenāvayavī| syādetadekārthasamabāyādbhāntinimittādavayavyevāvayavaparimāṇena sambadvaḥ pratibhātīti tadapi na śobhanaṁ| dvayoḥ samaparimāṇayoravayavāvayavinoḥ pratibhāsaprasaṅgaḥ| yasya hi mahato'vayavasya tata parimāṇaṁ sa tāvat svena parimāṇena sambadvaḥ pratibhāti| avayavinaśca tatparimāṇasambadvapratibhāsābhyupagame dvayoḥ samaparimāṇayorayavāyavavinoḥ pratibhāsa āsajyate|
na cāsti yathoktaḥ pratibhāsaḥ parimāṇarahitaḥ| so'vayavaḥ pratibhāsa iti cet| syādetadyasyāvayavasya parimāṇenāvayavī sambadvaḥ pratibhāti sa svaṁ parimāṇaṁ parityajyābhātīti| idamapi parimāṇavirahiṇovayavasyādṛṣṭeraśakyaṁ kalpayituṁ| ekārthasamavāyācca bhrānti nimittādalpatarāvayavaparimāṇavānapyavayavī pratibhāseta| na ca bādhakamantareṇa bhrāntirapi śakyā vyavasthāpayitum|
asti tarhi sthūlo'vayava eva pratyakṣaḥ| evamāvaraṇakāla ivānāvaraṇāvasthāyāmapi sthūlataro'vayavaḥ pratyakṣo'stu| paramadhyāvarttināmavayavānāmindriyasannikarṣābhāve sthūlatamāvayavidarśanānupapatteḥ syānmataṁ nikhilā vayavadarśanaṁ na sthūlapratyakṣakāraṇaṁ| kintu bhūyo'vayavadarśanamiti| idamapi na samyak| abhimukhāvasthitasya hi parvvatāderarvvācīnāvayavadarśanena tathā sthūlapratipattiryathārvvākparamadhyavarttināṁ darśane| tato na yāvanniravaśeṣāvayavadarśanaṁ tāvat kathaṁ sthūlatamārthapratipattiḥ syāt| na cāvayavā arvākparamadhyavarttino yugapaddṛśyante| tat kathamavayavī sthūlo dṛśyeta| krameṇa diśāmavayavānāṁ pratyakṣīkaraṇe pratyakṣaḥ sthūlo'vayavīti cet| anyadā tu kaḥ pratyakṣaḥ iti vimṛṣyaṁ| avayava iti cet| avayavī api paramadhyavarttino na yugapaddṛśyanta iti kathaṁ so'pi pratyakṣaḥ syāt| tadevaṁ nāvayavī nāvayavāḥ pratyakṣā iti na kiñcidṛśyeteti| tat sidvamāvṛtānāvṛtarūpaḥ sthūlo'rtha iti||
tathā rāgārāgābhyāṁ virodhaḥ sambhāvanīyaḥ| tathā hyekasminnukte sthulo'rtho raktārakte rūpe yugapat pratipadyamāno virudvarūpadvayayogamātmanaḥ prakāśayati| nanva vayava eva rakto'vayavī tvaraktaikarūpa eveti| yadyevaṁ rakte'vayave'raktarūpo'vayavī dṛśyeta| na caivaṁ| athavā rāgadravyasaṁyogo hi raktatvaṁ| avayavasya ca rāgadravyeṇa saṁyoge'vayavino'pi tena bhāvyaṁ| avaśyaṁ hi kāraṇasaṁyoginā kāryyamapi saṁyujyata iti samayāt| yastvāha rakta evāvayavī| asti hi kuṅkumārakte paṭāvayave kuṅkumāraktaḥ paṭa iti pratyayaḥ| tato rāgadravyasaṁyukta evāvayavīti tasyāpi varṇāntarānavabhāsaḥ syādavayavinaḥ| rāgadravyaṁ hi pratyāsīdat nijarūpaṁ vastuna stirodhatte svena ca rūpeṇa dravyaṁ sambandhati| yathā raktovayavastirohitasahajarūpo rāgadravyasamavāyinā rūpeṇa sambandhī pratibhāti| avayavinyapi rāgadravyasaṁyogini varṇāntarānavabhāsaprasaṅgo durvvāraḥ| tanna rakta evāvayavīti śakyaṁ vaktum|
anyastu saṁyogasyāvyāpyavṛttyā samādhatte| sa hyāha śabda ivāvyāpyavṛttiḥ saṁyogaḥ| tenaikārtho raktaścāraktaśceti| so'pyevaṁ paryyanuyojyaḥ| kathamavyāpyavṛttiḥ| yadi hi svāśraye samaveto rūpādivat vyāpyavṛttirevāyaṁ| asamavetaścāvṛttirevāpyadravyeṣtiva gandhaḥ| ekatra saṁyogasyabhāvābhāvāvyāpino vṛttiriti cet| syādetadyathā virudvāvapi rūparasāvekamāśrayete| tathā saṁyogasyāpyekatra bhāvābhāvau yugapat syātām|
aho mohavijṛmbhitaṁ| abhāvo hi bhāvanivṛttirūpo nāsya bhāvanivṛttiṁ hitvā rūpāntaramīkṣate| yaśca yannivṛttirūpaḥ sa kathaṁ tasmin satyeva bhavati| bhāve vā tannivṛttirūpatāṁ jahyāt| tathā hyanalaṁ paśyannapi salilārthī tatra pravartteta| jalaviviktasyānalasya daśanāt| jalābhāvasidverapravṛtteriti cet| bhavatvanupalambhājjalābhāvasidvistathāpi jalasattāṁ sambhāvayan jalārthī pravartteta| nanu tatra yadi jalaṁ syādupalabhyeta kimataḥ| ato'nupalambhādabhāvo jalasyeti| yadyapyabhyupagataiva jalābhāvasidviḥ| tathāpi tadarthinastadbhāvaśaṅkayā pravṛttiḥ syāt| yugapadekatra saṁyogasya bhāvābhāvau dṛśyete| tenaivaṁ kalpayāmo na svecchayā| nanu kimabhāvobhāvapratiṣedhātmakaḥ pratīyate| anyathā vā| tatra bhāvanivṛttirūpe 'bhāve sidve kathaṁ bhāvopalabdhirna bhrāntā syāt| bhāvāpratiṣedhātmakaśca nābhāvaḥ| nāmamātrantu syāt| na ca nāmamātrādarthasya tathābhāvaḥ| rūparasayostu na parasparanivṛttī rūpamiti kathaṁ tadudāharaṇamiha śobheta| na ca rūparasayorekatra samavāyo'smābhiranu manyate| śabdo'pyevamevāvyāpyavṛttirasidvaḥ sa kathaṁ prakṛtasaṁśayanivṛttaye kalpyeteti| alaṁ bahubhāṣitayā||
athavā sthūlo'rthastadataddeśaḥ pratīyate| taddeśayośca parasparābhāvāvyabhicāranimitto'sti virodhaḥ| ato virudvadharmmasaṁsargaḥ sthūlasya| syādetat kathaṁ tadataddeśayoḥ parasparābhāvāvyabhicāraḥ| ucyate| iha tāvadekasmin deśe paricchidyamāne tādrūpyapracyutirasya vyavacchidyate| tadavyavacchede tatparicchedābhāvaprasakteḥ| pracyutivacca pracyutimadapi deśāntaraṁ vyavacchidyate| yadi hi paricchidyamāno deśāntarasvabhāvo bhavettadā tadrūpa evopalabdho bhavet| deśāntararūpantu virahayya svena rūpeṇa prakāśamāno deśo deśāntarāsaṁsṛṣṭa ityavasīyate| yathā ca deśasya deśāntarāsaṁsargastathā tenādhārabhūtena deśena yadyāptaṁ rūpaṁ tadapi deśāntarasaṁsargādavicchinnaṁ bhavati| kathaṁ hi tena deśena vyāptaṁ rūpaṁ tadabhāvavati deśāntare vartteta| yathā ekena deśena vyāpto ghaṭo na deśāntare varttate| deśāntare 'nupalambhādavṛttiriti cet| viprakṛṣṭe deśāntare kathamasyābhāvaḥ pratipattavyaḥ| tasmādidamakāmakenāpi vācyaṁ| yaduta ekadeśavyāptaṁ rūpaṁ na deśāntare varttate iti| tasya tena byāpanaprasaṅgāt| tadabhāvavati deśāntare varttamāno'pi tena deśena vyāpyeta| na ca vyāptirasya śakyāvasātuṁ| bhāgāntarāsambhavāt| etena tannirastaṁ| yadāha kaścit| yathaikobhāvastadataddeśaṁ janayannavirudhyata iti| tadapi na prakṛtānurūpam|
tathāhi bhāvābhāvāveva parasparaparihāreṇa virudvau na vastunī| vastunostu parasparābhāvāvyabhicāreṇa virodhaḥ| tena yadeva vastu vastvantarapracyutimat tadeva tena virudvaṁ| na caikakāryyanivarttanaśaktiḥ kāryyāntaraśaktayabhāvāvyabhicāriṇī| anupalambho hi vastuno vastvantarābhābāvyabhicāraṁ sādhayati| ekakāryyanirvarttanaśaktimati ca rūpe gṛhyamāṇe kāryyāntara nirvarttanaśaktirapi paricchidyata iti| kathaṁ tadabhāvaḥ| ekadeśasambadvaṁ tu rūpaṁ deśāntarasaṁsargirūpaparihāreṇopalabhyamānantadabhāvāvyabhicāri tena virudvaṁ| yathātyanta sadṛśorvastunoryugapadupalabhyamānayoḥ satyapi cākārabhede dūrādanupalakṣyamāṇabhedayordeśabhedamātranimittakaṁ pratyakṣāvasitaṁ virodhamāśritya bhedo'vasthāpyate| yastvāha| yathaikaṁ cakṣurvijñānaṁ bhinneṣu cakṣurādiṣu varttate tadadhīnotpādatayā| tathānyo'pi bhinnadeśanivṛttirnna bhetsyata iti| so'pi deśabhedanimitte virodhe'vasthāpyamāne vastunaḥ kāraṇabhedanimittaṁviro dhamāsañjayan na naipuṇyamātmano nivedayati| na hi vijñānasya deśo'sti kaścit| amūrttatvāt| syādetat| yathā deśabhedanimitto virodhastathā kāraṇabhedanimitto'pi syāt| ko hi vastuto viśeṣaḥ, kāraṇabhedāddeśabhedasyeti|
uktamiha| parasparābhāvāvyabhicāranimitto vastūnāmasti virodhaḥ| sa deśabhede'pi sannidhīyete na kāraṇabhede| deśabhedavatī hi rūpe'nyo'nyaparihāreṇopalabhyamāne| parasparābhāvāvyabhicāriṇī bhavato na kāraṇabhedavatī| tadevaṁ kamparāgāvaraṇabhāvābhāvakṛte deśabhedanibandhane ca caturthe virudvadharmmasaṁsarge'vayaviviṣaye vyavasthāpite pakṣadharmmatvaṁ sidvaṁ hetoḥ| adhunāvyāptirevāsya svasādhyena samarthanīyā| iha virudvadharmmasaṁsargavirahamātranibandhano bhedavyavahāro vastūnāṁ dṛṣṭaḥ, ahetorayogāt| nimittāntarasya vā'darśanāt| tato virudvadharmmasaṁsarge'pi bhavannabhedavyavahāro vyāpakaṁ nimittavattvaṁ jahyāt| tato vyāpakānupalabdhyā tasmādvyāvṛtto virudvadharmmaviraheṇa vyāpyate| tadvirudvaśca virudvadharmmasaṁsargaḥ| teneyaṁ vyāpakavirudvopalabdhibhūmikā| evaṁ prasādhite'syāstrairūpye'sidvavirudvānaikāntikā doṣā nāvakāśaṁ labhante| iti||
evaṁ mayā bahuṣu durmmatinirmmiteṣu
pratyudvṛteṣu khalu dūṣaṇakaṇṭakeṣu|
ācāryyanītipatha eva viśodhito'ya-
mutsāryyamatsaramanena janaḥ prayātu||
samāptañcedamavayavinirākaraṇamiti||
